Talks and sessions with your teams, to understand how your company works today and where AI fits. We extract the knowledge and the facts about your company and set OpenDot up with them, your tone, the everyday use-cases and the connections you need. Paid once, the same for every band. A company that grows into the next band pays no new fee. With a twelve-month commitment, we halve this fee to 3,250 €.

Every month

Care and support290 € per monthMaintenance, security updates and support.

Keeps OpenDot running for everyone in the band. If something does not work after a setup, or you have a question, you call us and it is taken care of. Security updates are included. We also keep an eye on new models, what they can do and what they cost, and advise you when a change would pay off.

AI compute fee60 to 80 € per monthFor everyone in the band, billed on actual use.

One fee, two parts. The AI part is what the model's thinking costs. The compute fee is what OpenDot does around it.

Take an average person in your company. On most days OpenDot writes or rewrites a few texts for them and answers a question about a client or a contract. Once or twice a week they run a web search or drop in a document. Over a month that adds up to about 2 million tokens, roughly 1.5 million words in and out. The model's thinking on that costs 1 to 2 € with a capable model. OpenDot's compute fee is 1 € per million tokens, so 2 €. Together 3 to 4 € a month.
